Patient Care Technician – Remote Services
The University of Florida Patient Care Technician – Remote Services course is an interactive 13 module educational program designed for individuals or healthcare personnel looking to expand their skillset to include telehealth facilitation and remote patient monitoring knowledge.
Through online lectures, readings and quizzes, this course will help individuals learn how to effectively communicate with patients and providers, and facilitate remote healthcare services.
Upon completion of the course, students will receive a professional certificate of completion.
Program participants must successfully complete the course with a 70%ile passing score or higher to receive the Professional Certificate.
