Highlights From OPWD’s 2024 Halloween Celebration
To celebrate Halloween this year, the OPWD Wellness Committee hosted a decorating competition and a Trunk or Treat event for OPWD friends and family.
Yesterday morning, employees toured each decorated space and cast their votes for the Halloween Theme Winner trophy. Creativity was highly encouraged—and everyone delivered. Each cluster brought something uniquely spooky to life, and we can’t wait to see what hauntingly great ideas emerge next year.
Decorated Themes by Cluster:
- Front Office: Field of Screams
- TREEO Coordinators: Haunted Margaritaville
- RM 130: Hocus Pocus
- Suite 150: It’s the Great Pumpkin, Charlie Brown
Later in the afternoon, we welcomed friends and family for a mini Trunk or Treat—with a rainy-day twist. We kicked things off by showing It’s the Great Pumpkin, Charlie Brown in the auditorium, complete with popcorn and candy bags. Guests then enjoyed a walkthrough of each decorated office space. Due to the weather, candy was handed out from Halloween baskets inside the winning space, RM 130 (Hocus Pocus).
