ABSTRACT GUIDELINES
Share your techniques and knowledge at the free Research Reproducibility 2020 virtual conference December 2-3, 2020.
The program committee for Research Reproducibility 2020: Educating for Reproducibility, Pathways to Research Integrity, invites you to submit a poster or paper presentation. The portal is open and currently accepting submissions until October 15th.
SUBMIT YOUR ABSTRACT BY OCTOBER 15
Submitting Your Abstract:
We welcome submissions on your experiences with education on rigor and reproducibility topics for learners at all stages in all disciplines. Examples might include:
K-12 education
Using replications in undergraduate education
Teaching study design, statistics, or rigor
Developing required classes for principal investigators
Lab meeting activities
ReproducibiliTeas and other grassroots education
Online courses and modules
Graduate student education
Dealing with mentors who use questionable research practices
Resources/policies to support students
Data carpentry, software carpentry, and library carpentry evaluation
Reproducible code, workflows and version control
We are looking forward to your submissions. All submissions will be considered for both paper and poster presentation. If you do not wish to be considered for a paper presentation, there is an opt-out option on the submission form. Presenters will be encouraged to share their presentations or posters using the conference’s OSF Meetings web site: https://osf.io/meetings/ResearchReproducibility2020/
Abstracts must be written in English and should be submitted as Microsoft Word files (.doc, .docx) or PDF files by the deadline. Please use the Provided Template to create your submission file.
All abstracts must be submitted online through the abstract submission website. Please create a username and password and upload your abstract to Research Reproducibility 2020 via the abstract submission website.
