Transportation

Orlando International Airport (MCO) is located approximately 17 km (11.1 miles) from the Orlando Hilton hotel. After arrival, follow the signs for “Ground Transportation” on the arrivals level of each terminal.

Conference participants can choose from several convenient transportation options:

Taxis

  • Taxi stands are located at the arrivals areas of Terminals A and B (Level 1).
  • Travel time to the hotel is typically 15–25 minutes, depending on traffic.
  • Taxis are usually available immediately.

Ride-share (Uber, Lyft)

  • Ride-share drivers pick up passengers at Level 1 – Ground Transportation Level.
  • Simply download the app – pre-booking is not required.

Public Transportation – LYNX Buses

  • The regional LYNX bus system provides connections from the airport to various parts of Orlando.
  • Travel may require transfers and is generally slower than direct transportation.
