About Destiny One

Destiny One is a business software solution for non-traditional higher education. It is a learner-centric platform that allows colleges and non-academic units to engage with their learners in a way that today’s consumer expects. The University of Florida chose Destiny One to be the registration system for non-credit activities. It works by integrating into the campus-computing environment to support the management and growth of non-credit programs, online learning, corporate engagement, conferences, and more.

The Destiny One implementation at the UF is the culmination of years of interest and effort to find an effective tool to manage registration for courses, conferences, and other learning experiences that do not yield formal academic credit. The initial system launch occurred in February 2022 and will be available system wide by August 2022.
